The only way I'll eat tzatziki at home is on pieces of toasted tortillas. I cut a wheat tortilla into eighths and stick it in the toaster oven, flipping halfway through (or else the bottom side gets soggy). Then I dip the pieces into the tzatziki. |

| If you're eating tacos al pastor, for example, how do you fold your tortilla? I've seen people just fold it once, so it vaguely resembles those awful hard taco shells from home. I've seen others fold the bottom up so it's like a pocket. Which do you prefer? |

Oh man, I'd forgotten...I manged to make some once. It was hard to find dill, until I figured out the Spanish word for it (eneldo, I think).
I fold my pastor tacos once, be they taquitos or the monster two-tortilla types I get at a secret location. |

| I had a hard time finding dill in Italy. The Italian name is finocchio fetido, or "fetid fennel". No wonder people don't buy it. |

Eneldo is dill, got some in my garden if you need more Guy!
A lot of our normal cooking herbs are easy to find in Mexico, once you discover that you have to go to the medicial herb seller. Sage, for example as well as dill. |

| I'd eventually found it in a small neighborhood market, at a stall that specializes in fresh herbs and not the dried, bottled stuff. Grocery stores don't hold a candle to these little fresh herb places. |

| I tried a good one last night---oily nuts and bolts on tortillas. Believe it or not, if you add alot of the green sauce, they slide down pretty easy. |
