ClarkMorgan of Beijing and EF English (Guomao school) have violated some straightforward workplace / labor laws. Legal advice on it is clear.

Huh? Want to be A LOT more specific? Otherwise you're just being on the edge of libelous; which is something you preached against in another post.

Libel - Written form
Slander - Oral form

I think what is meant by the above is Libel.

Simply slinging out accusations against a business without a shred of background or supporting information doesn't help make a case, (at least against the business).

Please provide some facts.

Thanks.

Is that the EF where the teacher and class are encased in glass presented as a mall showcase...fishbowl showcase

that alone should be an infraction of the labor laws

We've got a newly opened mill, like that, near us. All the classrooms pushed to the front of the complex - goldfish bowl design - in a shopping mall - come check out the goods Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing
If this is a coming trend for FT employment - well it aint a job for the shy. But then again it could be a nice setting - for the right type of poser - to pick up a few chicks Idea

Yes this is the EF School which has a central classroom entirely made of glass which was referred to as the fishbowl. This wasn`t the official name of the classroom. The classroom names were changed when the owner of EF International toured the school and commented on country names being used for the classrooms. After that the classroom names were changed to value statements; integrity, intelligence, etc...

As for the curious members of this string, there is a long list of workplace labor laws which apply here. Just to name a few, hiring practices, contractual issues, firing practices, discrimination, conduct, the popular libel and slander (defamation), and the list goes on...

Rest assured that legal advice has advised that more than one of these have been violated. You should take insights from this topic regarding places to work and workplace conditions. The matters regarding these companies involves specific people and by extension implicates the company itself. Despite the image the company tries to portray, the circus of attitudes, behaviors and decisions of employees tramples all over labor regs and the company gets dragged down for it.

Do you want to know who the people are?

You given absolutely no details to support your accusation.

Renaming of a classroom? Is that one of your claims?

You've only listed alleged legal violations without providing any supporting details.

Not only would people like to know who they are, but offering some details of proof (in your view) would be great too. Otherwise, there is no reason to believe you're not a disgruntled employee committing libelous acts.

Please provide proper details.

I an a friend were walking through the other night ...my friend was with his Chinese wife and we stopped a while and watched a fella with glasses I think and kind of lite color of hair ..he never once looked up.. and I swear that when I came over to the glass window..we couldn't have been more than 2 feet away from the students..
Still the teacher never looked up..although I am sure he knew we were staring.

Now back to your post.
Who is this fella you mentioned and what did he do...
