This is not exactly a new topic but I need to ask. I have been offered a contract position with Aramco through an agency as a GC-11 ITC Advanced English teacher? The pay is $7000 a month. Is this a good offer?

hmmm... I am not sure to say. My offer does not include living expenses. They will pay for the visa and flight tickets. Does the salary in the posting you googled include accommodations? If it does then my offer is perhaps average, if it doesn't then I seem to have received a very good offer.

^^ Either way it is a very high offer. SR. 26,250 a month is phenomenal, a figure high enough to be almost always reserved for non-teaching Westerners in Saudi Arabia. (actually, at the bottom of the scale for non-teaching Westerners, but at the very top for teaching Westerners)

Does anyone know how much housing runs in Saudi? Where are you going to be living?

That's a good question. I will be working at the Aramco complex in Damman. I don't know anything about accommodations, cost or style.
