Hi,
Has anyone used China Trip Advisor (http://www.chinatripadvisor.com/english/) to book Beijing-(via Mongolia)-Moscow tickets from Korea?
From the little research I've done, they appear to be reasonably priced as you can just buy the tickets, rather than a package incl. accommodation.
We're looking at heading off from Beijing around the end of May and I'm currently searching for a way to buy just the tickets before we leave Seoul so I can get our visas here (ie. that way I will have arrival/departure dates for our Russia visa application).
Thanks for any advice you might have! |

| Bought all the tickets myself, didn't use an agency. Met people on the train who had and I think they have paid roughly double what I had. Bought tickets in stages Beijing-Ulan Bator, UB-Irkutsk, Irkutsk-Moscow, Moscow-St Petes, St Petes-Tallin etc. Not a word of any of the three languages, guide book got me through. |
