Hi,

Has anyone used China Trip Advisor (http://www.chinatripadvisor.com/english/) to book Beijing-(via Mongolia)-Moscow tickets from Korea?

From the little research I've done, they appear to be reasonably priced as you can just buy the tickets, rather than a package incl. accommodation.

We're looking at heading off from Beijing around the end of May and I'm currently searching for a way to buy just the tickets before we leave Seoul so I can get our visas here (ie. that way I will have arrival/departure dates for our Russia visa application).

Thanks for any advice you might have!

Bought all the tickets myself, didn't use an agency. Met people on the train who had and I think they have paid roughly double what I had. Bought tickets in stages Beijing-Ulan Bator, UB-Irkutsk, Irkutsk-Moscow, Moscow-St Petes, St Petes-Tallin etc. Not a word of any of the three languages, guide book got me through.
