| Whenever I'm on a computer that bans certain sites, I try out some of the really messed up URLs I know. It might block Fark for instance, but it's helpless if you want to go to Goatse. |

| its honestly starting to piss me off. They are banning websites that are just news sites and sites I use for my education. Its annoying. |

Could be.
There are / were some videos of Korean kids bullying (punishment beatings) on there somewhere.
Also there was a high profile case of a teacher beating on a student, which was recorded on camera phone and put on Youtube and other sites.
Schools might consider it for either reason. |
