Is Liquid Smoke available in Korea? Or does anyone know any other way to add a "smoky" flavor to homemade sausage? |

Just brought back several bottles...not to gloat <ok, so a little>. However, I do recall seeing a recipe on http://www.thesmokering.com/ some time back. Search about it...I am sure it is there.

Can't remember. Just a suggestion.
Oh, I have seen where you can buy Chinese water at health places that smells exactly like liquid smoke. I don't know what liquid smoke tastes like, but the smell is identical. |

It's not medicine. It's just water that smells like smoke. It tastes like water. |

I have liquid smoke. I got it either at Hannam or the Namdaemun black market about 5 years ago. A good determined mission checking out all points of supply running from the red door and doing the circuit should get you what you need. |

Next time I'm in Seoul, that's the plan. Thanks for your help! |

If you make it to Jeonju you can pick up liquid smoke at Feel Mart-across from E Mart. I noticed they had a few bottles. |
