| What is everybody basing their opinions on? Are there certain chemicals that you get in Arm & Hammer that you don't get in the Korean brands here? |

No, it provides more abrasion (in a good way) to get the bad stuff off, in the same way that you can use baking soda to clean your sink. Arm and Hammer does have a whitening toothpaste as well though, I think. |

Arm and Hammer has baking soda, flouride, and some versions have peroxide

an el cheapo gift??? I just spent 5,300 won on a tube of Aquafresh today. I am not so sure if I trust the stuff here either. The last time I was in the states they had to use a laser pick to clean my teeth and I had to get root scaling done on one tooth. It could have been the fact that I let nearly 3 years slide without getting a professional cleaning. I was too scared to see a dentist here, so I put it off for over 2 years. My dentist back home told me not to do that again. So far, it's been 1 year and I have to make myself go by the end of April. Man, I just don't trust these dentists here. One told me I had a cavity when I really didn't back in 2001. I didn't let him drill a perfectly good tooth. I have NEVER had a cavity. I knew he was lying. My dentist back home in 2002, said A-OK. Watch out here! |
