Quick question -

Can a teacher on an E2 Visa teach adult students off site??

The adults are paying the academy directly - but the teaching is done off site. Is this legal????

I believe that all the classes have to be done at the location on your visa, otherwise, who's to say that the students you are teaching aren't privates?

It is illegal unless you/your boss pays the required 60k won for the application and gets immigration to make the notation on your ARC.

Where off site exactly? If it's a company then your E2 must be amended. If it's a cafe or other type of casual setting, it may be construed as you teaching privates and therefore illegal. Smile
