Quick question -
Can a teacher on an E2 Visa teach adult students off site??
The adults are paying the academy directly - but the teaching is done off site. Is this legal???? |

I believe that all the classes have to be done at the location on your visa, otherwise, who's to say that the students you are teaching aren't privates? |

It is illegal unless you/your boss pays the required 60k won for the application and gets immigration to make the notation on your ARC. |

Where off site exactly? If it's a company then your E2 must be amended. If it's a cafe or other type of casual setting, it may be construed as you teaching privates and therefore illegal. |
