What should my fridge be set to? I have one dial that says "yak" on the far right, "joong" in the middle and "kang" on the extreme left side. |

Stick it in the middle and monitor the temperature. Adjust a little bit at a time. The door will be warmer. Keep the vegetables low or in the crisper so they don't freeze. Kang is colder on my fridge. Uee is warmer. |

FYI
Sanitation requirements for restaurants in the US require that refrigerators be kept a 40F or less. |

Here it would be / should be 4 degrees (C). |

To answer your question, "yak" means weak, "joong" means medium, and "kang" means strong. |
