Not sure about guacamole, but salsa isn't hard to come across. Just go to any big grocery store. I have a big jug of it in my fridge. |

I started making my own and now Pace tastes
like Ketchup. Make your own.
The only things hard to get are avocados and cilantro. |

Totally agree. Jarred salsa is pretty disgusting. So thick and goopy and they put things like celery in some. But avocados aren't what's hard to get, just expensive. Limes and cilantro, on the other hand... |

Limes at the little store next to Hannam Market, which also sells lime juice. Hannam sells cilantro.
Haddan House sells limes and cilantro.
My awesome guac recipe:
2 garlic cloves, chopped finely
1 avo
1/2 cup of cilantro (firmly packed in the cup)
2 limes, juice squeezed
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
salt to taste
(optional- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped)
chop up avo in bowl. add garlic and lime juice. make sure you get some pulp in there...nice and tasty. add other ingrediants, salt to taste. My recipe is heavy on garlic and lime juice for a rippin' taste. |

Truly authentic guac should have no garlic... |
