So they say. I just translated some beef articles, one about Big Mac prices, and one that may tickle the fancy of the burger lovers among us. We'll see how long this really lasts, wasn't it a year ago they tried again and rejected all of it because of like three bone fragments?

Thank goodness. I've been waiting to hear this ever since the N. American beef was approved by that international food people group (whatever it's called).
Agree, though- is sirloin not considered a good cut here? Although I prefer filets, I usually bought sirloin when cooking at home...

Actually according to every dictionary I consulted the words for sirloin and filet are the same. Maybe it should've been translated differently, but regardless, certain cuts of galbi were always on top. |

Not that it matters too much, or that I'm finding any fault with your translation (promise! I think it's awesome you translate and post here for us peons) but technically cuts like filets come from the short loin, which is directly next to the sirloin. It is a slightly better cut than the sirloin, simply because it is more tender.

Mixing manure and meat is an old custom in Korea. Black Pork springs ot mind. I am glad to see Koreans handling this maturely.  |

I can't believe these crazy farmers and unions people are allowed to bring in manure into the markets.
I hope that asshole is arrested and forced to eat the manure he brought in.
Can you imagine Americans shitting and pissing on Korean cars and electronics?

Hee hee. I was thinking the same thing. Make them eat sh*t. Mind you they already seem full of it so maybe they can't.
It's definitely a violation of the health code. However since it's anti-American they will probably let them go without punishment.  |

Imagine how you'd feel if for three years (period US beef was kept out of the market) you had the politicians paid off , the consumers of the nation by the b*lls, and raking in huge profits . . . . and then the jig is up. Waaaaaaaaaa ! You'd throw a temper tantrum too, wouldn't you
