A treasury issuance IS DEBT.
They are going to issue debt to pay off debt?
Do you pay your visa with your mastercard and think your debt is gone? I think maybe you just want to distract from the OP and have a macroecon pissing contest. |

there's a reason the Fed Chief is always someone with significant private sector experience.
honestly, there is a huge gap of understanding between academia and the private sector.
its in both interests to keep it that way. altho u may be more the victim of such a policy rather than the benefector (professors) |

yeah i can tell you don't have much private sector experience.
u seem kind of in the middle, like u describe, but funded by political interests.
sorry but i don't consider that true research from the private sector perspective. no offense. but someone's gotta pay u right? its all good man. |
