My school has recently taken a down turn and has been basically just getting worse the past 2 months.

New management and alot of new ideas that just don't work has the school in a bit of money problems.

So to cover my bases I'd like to start looking for a new job. Whats the best way to go about it?

Just hit the street, use worknplay or go through a recuriter.

Come on old timers, help a brotha out.

I put my resume up on Daves, English Spectrum and Worknplay. I set up appointments with several hagwons, met the director and other native teachers, check out the apartments, etc.. After looking at about 6 or 7 places I finally decided on one and got a job. Post your ad up all over and choose an area that you would like to live near, though some people will argue that a good job is more important than location. I agree to some extent, but if you don't like where the school is, keep looking
