In this apartment listing, I think it says:
Address: Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Nonhyeon-dong
Nearest subway stop: Nonhyeon - line 7, 3-minute walk
Rooms: 1 (open space)
Pyung: 14 (probably not the net pyung, right?)
Floors: 5 floors, 2nd floor
주 차: 1 대 주차가능 What does this mean?
거래종류: 중개거래 What does this mean?
전 세: 6,500 만원 This doesn't apply to me because I'm not paying "junsae" right?
Wolsae: 1,000 = 10 million won, right? Plus 550,000 monthly, right?
Did I get it right? Any other important details I missed? Does it come with a fridge? w/d?
Thanks to anyone who can help. |

That place has no bed, fridge, washing machine or TV. But at least you can put your shoes somewhere.
So I'm assuming you won't want that

I think it means "parking: permission to park 1 vehicle"
You don't want to drive a car in Korea anyway--not unless you're braver than I am.
type of transaction: transaction through an agency
Let me tell you a secret:
When you see a big long word which is not in the dictionary,
that usually means that it is a compound of Chinese derivatives.
Most Chinese derivatives are two syllables.
So chop the word into two-syllable units, look up each two-syllable unit, and voila!
I didn't know 거래, 종류, or 중개 either, but that's how I found those words. |

It comes with aircon, gas range, wardrobe. No other furnishing. It's 10m key money and 550K a month. |

Well done Tomato.
I guess your avoiding of English-speaking Koreans and reading books to children in the library is finally paying off. |
