http://www.oneroom.com/AD/AD_Rent/DetailView_OneRoom.asp?CurrentMenu=%BF%F8%B7%EB&SimpleArea=%BC%AD%BF%EF+%B0%AD%B3%B2%B1%B8&SimpleDeposit=1000%7C2000&SimpleMonthlyRent=40%7C60&OrderItem=UpdateDate&OrderValue=DESC&TargetPG=1&TargetID=20070123162112-86310&GroupType=1

In this apartment listing, I think it says:

Address: Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Nonhyeon-dong

Nearest subway stop: Nonhyeon - line 7, 3-minute walk

Rooms: 1 (open space)

Pyung: 14 (probably not the net pyung, right?)

Floors: 5 floors, 2nd floor

주 차: 1 대 주차가능 What does this mean?

거래종류: 중개거래 What does this mean?

전 세: 6,500 만원 This doesn't apply to me because I'm not paying "junsae" right?

Wolsae: 1,000 = 10 million won, right? Plus 550,000 monthly, right?

Did I get it right? Any other important details I missed? Does it come with a fridge? w/d?

Thanks to anyone who can help.

That place has no bed, fridge, washing machine or TV. But at least you can put your shoes somewhere.

So I'm assuming you won't want that

I think it means "parking: permission to park 1 vehicle"
You don't want to drive a car in Korea anyway--not unless you're braver than I am.

거래종류: 중개거래

type of transaction: transaction through an agency

Let me tell you a secret:
When you see a big long word which is not in the dictionary,
that usually means that it is a compound of Chinese derivatives.
Most Chinese derivatives are two syllables.
So chop the word into two-syllable units, look up each two-syllable unit, and voila!
I didn't know 거래, 종류, or 중개 either, but that's how I found those words.

It comes with aircon, gas range, wardrobe. No other furnishing. It's 10m key money and 550K a month.

Well done Tomato.

I guess your avoiding of English-speaking Koreans and reading books to children in the library is finally paying off.
