Hello. I've had a very good idea.
Some people sometimes ask questions about Korean here.
Other people complain that Korean is too difficult.
When Korean is giving us a headache in the future lets ask our questions here.
If we help each other it will be really good.
Please write often if you are good at Korean and can help other people.
Thank You. |

When the translation is 'do you have peace?' |

Because it's a question. Something like "Are you at peace?" |

Because, as it has been pointed out, 안녕하세요 is actually a question. It's like if you said, "What's up?" to a buddy; if you were to transcribe it, you'd want to use a question mark with this interrogative greeting. |
