Tomorrow, I have a class that I need to take outside for 40 minutes, and I need to think of an activity that will be both fun and at least 1% educational. Help me some good ideas. I have already done a couple of scavenger hunts with them and I need something new. |

how old? i'd suggest egg-spoon races, 3-legged races, how about photo scavenger hunts (with their mobiles)? |

They are elementary school students, mostly grade 5 and 6, and they are for the most part, pretty good with English.
I like the cell phone scavenger hunt, but they may not all have one. |

I have an idea...think of an activity that would work well outside where the Ss can have fun and learn English at the same time. What do you think? |

almost every 1st grader in my middle school summer camp had one! if not, pair them up (one has a mobile, one doesn't). other than that, u could always play soccer with them or have them run laps (1 wrong answer = 1 lap) |
