I don't believe it's for EPIK. There aren't too many adult students in the public elementary and middle schools.

Another issue is their choice of terminology. "Colored?"

I've seen much much worse on here and worknplay. But what can you expect out of Korean recruiters anyhow?

Well, our school (a uni) just denied a friend of mine a job because he's not over 30.

It works both ways.

look at this way, they saved you the time of putting together an application. If they didn't tell you the age requirements then it would just be done in secret and you wouldn't have wasted your time.

Honestly why whine about something that helps you? Do you really want to work for someone like that? if so, apply anyhow. Don't be a whiner - just move on and find the right job for you.

Not at the university level.

They seem to feel that younger people might be more inclined to date students.
