I don't believe it's for EPIK. There aren't too many adult students in the public elementary and middle schools.
Another issue is their choice of terminology. "Colored?" |

Well, our school (a uni) just denied a friend of mine a job because he's not over 30.
It works both ways. |

look at this way, they saved you the time of putting together an application. If they didn't tell you the age requirements then it would just be done in secret and you wouldn't have wasted your time.
Honestly why whine about something that helps you? Do you really want to work for someone like that? if so, apply anyhow. Don't be a whiner - just move on and find the right job for you. |

I've been tickled pink before and once went yellow from jaundice.
Does that count? |

Has anyone called up the NAACP and told them about this? Oh wait...maybe they should be told they are racist against themselves.
I disagree with the often stated "You probably don't want to work for someone who...". That isn't really the point. The point is that anyone should have a right to work at any place he or she is qualified to work in terms of job skills. [/quote] |

Not at the university level.
They seem to feel that younger people might be more inclined to date students. |

What if you're transparent? And is that "teachers under 40years old" Korean age or international age? |
