Although is so many ways Florida is anything BUT the south, in my heart I will always think of myself as Southern, and therefore without Pimento cheese, my heart grows week and I may soon die.

As far as cheddar and monterey jack cheese goes, I know I can find bricks over at Namdaemun, but what about Pimentos? Does anyone know where I can find pimentos? Also, is there anywhere that sells Hellman's mayo? or at least Kraft (Im highly doubt Duke's mayo is making an appearance in the ROK anytime soon) I can't seem to find anything but this Ottogi crapolicious mayo.

But pimentos....I need pimentos?

Anyone? |

Those are just roasted red pepper. So if you can't find "pimentos" specifically hopefully you find roasted red bell peppers.

This isn't meant to be a smart a$$ comment coming from someone still in the states. Hope you find them! |

And if all else fails, roast the peppers yourself, easy peasy on a gas range.

Sit the pepper in the middle of the burner, turn the flame up to medium. Once the pepper is blackened on all sides (turn it a couple of times with tongs), put it in a paper bag to steam for about 10 minutes. Scrape off the blackened skin with a knife, and you've got your pimentos |
