Although is so many ways Florida is anything BUT the south, in my heart I will always think of myself as Southern, and therefore without Pimento cheese, my heart grows week and I may soon die.

As far as cheddar and monterey jack cheese goes, I know I can find bricks over at Namdaemun, but what about Pimentos? Does anyone know where I can find pimentos? Also, is there anywhere that sells Hellman's mayo? or at least Kraft (Im highly doubt Duke's mayo is making an appearance in the ROK anytime soon) I can't seem to find anything but this Ottogi crapolicious mayo.

But pimentos....I need pimentos?
Anyone?

Those are just roasted red pepper. So if you can't find "pimentos" specifically hopefully you find roasted red bell peppers.

This isn't meant to be a smart a$$ comment coming from someone still in the states. Hope you find them!

And if all else fails, roast the peppers yourself, easy peasy on a gas range.

Sit the pepper in the middle of the burner, turn the flame up to medium. Once the pepper is blackened on all sides (turn it a couple of times with tongs), put it in a paper bag to steam for about 10 minutes. Scrape off the blackened skin with a knife, and you've got your pimentos

Thanks for the tips on the red peppers. Actually Ive never made it before. Back home my mother just always had some, but now that Im here, well I gotta fend on my own. Maybe Ill try the home roasting of the red peppers, that sounds kinda like fun.
