Please explain this 100 hour TESOL course in more detail because apparently the GEPIK school I spoke seems to think my 120 course doesn't make the cut? Therefore want to bump be down from a category 1 teacher to a category 2 teacher on the pay scale. Personally I think they are trying to be cheap and save an extra 200K won per month.

Yep! In my first year in Korea with EPIK. I've a BA and a CELTA I've trumped the top scale by 100,000 already.

2 years in duration for an MA Shocked

I wonder how they verify that, most MAT programs I've looked into are a little over one year.

2.3 for a Master's Degree AND 2 years experience? That's TOO low

Yes, it is! While it may be "peanuts" to a lot of posters here, there is an opportunity to make more with after school classes--closer to 3m / month, and still getting off before dinner time.
