I'm not sure where political posts should be posted or if this is considered an interesting issue on a board so full of people who's rather discuss gossip about people on "chat with beauties" . Anyway , I'll give it a go .

Anyone who watches BBc , Cnn , Fox or any of the other "major" news networks and keeps an eye out for political agendas and language would by now be absolutely disgusted with their treatment of the Israeli/Palestinian conflicts . I've just say through a a report informing me tabout how palestinian rockets "Rain down" upon Israeli , and are clear evidence of Iranian involvement . This is reported as "matter of act" news with only an "Isreali reports" as a disclaimer .

This constant portrayal as Israel as the victims while you only need to look at the statistics involved would make it clear to anyone who the real victims are . The palestinan people have been killed in number far exceeding the israelis ...to expect them to take the brunt of the violence and compete blame is absurd !!

This cartesian dualistic view of the world...of "good" israel and "evil" palestine has no place in modern journalism . Shame on them .

I think we need to let Israel and Palestine just fight it out. If Iran gets in there too, then so be it. It would be nice to see them start having to pay with blood in their own country. Maybe if they get Iraq'd in a major way, they be less likely to do something stupid in the future.

Was that a wind up statement are are you just stupid ?

I don't mind if people say this sort of thing , but please just take your arguments to their obvious logical conclusion and admit you think the lives of people of "arab descent" are less important than Israeli lives . That you don't attribute the same humanity to the two groups . I'd just love to hear someone say it , because that's obviously inherent in all these types of arguments .

During the d-day landings and the subsequent battles through Normandy and the Low countries, the Nazis lost far more men than the Allies, and so were clearly the 'victims' of immoral Allied aggression.

i think what bassexpander means is that we should stop interfering in the affairs of israel and palestine (umm... i'm not sure what to call the country in question... israelistine?) and let them solve their own problems...

if they see that they're on their own and that no one is going to bail them out (israel is almost 100% dependent on US aid, and palestine is in the same boat) then maybe (just maybe) they will stop being idiots and start working TOGETHER...

You know, the Koran actually mentions a time when Allah gave the Jews their own land (historical Israel). Of course, they're not the only group of religious fanatics who are able to igore clearly written portions of their holy text...

In a 180-degree turn of comment, when was it that the Jews became every european-decended country's favorite pals? I'm pretty sure that 100 years ago everyone was happy to have them scattered around the planet w/ no holy land.

It all comes down to what the objectives of each side in the conflict are. That is a very, very important consideration.

The US killed more North Koreans in the Korean war than North Korea killed Americans. Does that make North Korea the vicitim?During WW II the US killed more Japanese than the Japanese killed Americans? Was Japan the victim?

Tis the nature of pro-PAGAN-da.

Neo-nazi-con world view & agenda demands radical dualistic divisions.

You're either with "US" or you're a "terrorist", right?

Ridiculous to mention the BBC there. The latter make no effort at all to hide their support for the Palestinians nor any Left Wing issue.

If that's the case, you should examine the Israeli reports in question and present evidence of error or foul play. Otherwise, your comments aren't worthy of anybody's contemplation.

I, as a person of European descent, owe the Jews a strong state in an area of the world entirely of their choosing. My ancestors demonized and committed genocide against the Jews for 2,000 years. Frankly they can kill who they like as far as I'm concerned. Since the Palestinians believe their ghastly and barbarous book to be infallible, I am largely indifferent to their cause and largely supportive of the Israelis.

An exaggeration and likely an attack on a position nobody relevant endorses.

Just because the Israelis have much better weapons is no reason to say that the Palestinians are the victims. That is what you're saying, right, OP? If the Palestinians used a nuke on Israel, would the Israelis be the victims then? What if the death toll were the same? Would they both be cool?

By the way... Is English your first language?
