Michael the molester has been in the us on several occaisons and he has never lost his citizenship. here is how you can lose US Citizenship:

You can also have your citizenship taken away via a treason conviction in the US. I think for non-naturalized US citizens (us who were born there etc) this is the only way a court can take away citizenship without your consent
Beckham is British so I bet US work visa rules apply like any other athlete that plays in the US. Victoria is also British so she gets in on a spousal visa |

| A little known point about US tax law: If you voluntarily give up your US citizenship, you must still pay US taxes for 10 years after the relinquishment. |

Actually, I think the US banished many people who supported the British during the American Revolution and many others simply didn't want to become a citizen of what many other nations thought would be "a failed state"
Why not?!
America is a dark and twisted place to live...... |
