I'm looking to buy a fairly big travel backpack before I go on a trip next month.

I've posted in the buy/sell/trade forum as well, because I wouldn't mind a used one to save some money, but if I can get a good quality new one for a decent price, I might just get a new one.

So are there any specific shops in Seoul to get a good one?

Did you see Superdave's reply to you about a 20,000 won pack on your other thread?

To clarify Espo's directions, you want the north side of the street that runs between Seoul Station and Chungmuro.

I've had no luck with a similar query on another thread Confused

I'm going to partially hijack (sorry) this one! Very Happy

Namdaemun doesn't work for me (I'm in Busan...and the the pack FOR my trip to Seoul).

Budget-wise, I'm happy to pay for quality. The issue is, I don't know what's good, and what isn't. I can shell out $180 for a K2 pack...but there are many other brands out there that might do much the same at a better price point.

Anyone have experience with a particular brand that they can give the thumbs up to?

A friend of mine recently bought a backpack on Gmarket
(http://global.gmarket.co.kr/). I don't know what he paid, but he said it was very reasonable, and the quality appeared good.
