Yeah, you need rice. I felt sick one day and a colleague said it was because I don't eat enough rice.

A big bowl of Organic Alara Mueseli (Like Alpen) or Quaker Oatmeal with raisins and maple syrup.
2 cups of strong coffee
Maybe a toasted bagel and jam as well.

My first breakfast listing was so great, huh? All those fruits and tea!

Well, I've been bad on buying fruit lately, so I've been tearing through about 1 box of Frosted Flakes (or Chocolate Flakes) a week.

cereal is good stuff, but then you have to remember to keep buying milk, and using it all up or you end up pouring cheese on your O's.
