A big bowl of Organic Alara Mueseli (Like Alpen) or Quaker Oatmeal with raisins and maple syrup.
2 cups of strong coffee
Maybe a toasted bagel and jam as well. |

My first breakfast listing was so great, huh? All those fruits and tea!
Well, I've been bad on buying fruit lately, so I've been tearing through about 1 box of Frosted Flakes (or Chocolate Flakes) a week. |

I don't find it expensive. A big jug for like 8,000 lasts me a month. |
