What is certainly the case is that the combined average obesity rate of the US, UK, Australia and Canada is 22.4% (source) whereas in Korea it's 3.6% (meaning for every 100 fatties from the US, UK, AUS, CAN there are 16 Korean fatties).

It's even worse for just the US, where for every 100 fat Americans there are 11.7 fat Koreans. That Koreans are generally not as fat as us is inescapable.

I agree the mods should delete any and all discriminatory posts, but clearly there's a factual discussion to take place about obesity involving objective data.

And it has absolutely NOTHING to do with the topic at hand other than to, ONCE AGAIN, rag on Western women for being fat and ugly and Korean women to be thin and beautiful. We get it, you don't like fat women. You don't have to bring it up on every thread.

Most Gyopos males and females being both Korean and Western seem neither fat or thin. Most seem average/normal weight. I guess it partly has to do with having a similar diet growing up.

It does have to do with the topic at hand, and it's worth repeating. Obesity is a major flaw of western society and people (especially women) try to justify, defend, or pretend it's normal.

You'll have heard it enough when the weight comes off. People deserve to hear they are fat, same as drug addicts deserve to hear they are drug addicts.

Introducing statistics in support of the position that the West, especially the US, has a major problem with obesity (whereas Korea barely has one at all) does not equal "ragging on Western women for being fat". I was just saying obesity can be discussed rationally, calmly and objectively (and this was in respose to comments made by others including by a mod).

travel zen seems to have a short memory- A lot of middle class Korean women who are studying English abroad don't have any problem dating black men. Yet back in Korea they wouldn't be caught dead walking arm in arm with a brother down the street. It would totally sully their reputation. ....

Memory? Stepping off the plane first day in Korea, I've seen so many black dudes with sparkling young and pretty korean girls. So many many. The ones with the problem, well, they have problems Very Happy

Reputation? I think those types of girls would have their rep sullied if they dated ANY race other than Korean. Racism is a problem there.

Girls who studied abroad? I don't date those. They come for 1 year and leave so what's the point other than meaningless sex, which is not really dating. Rolling Eyes
