Took a taxi home today. Taxi driver was insane, speeding through every red light, holding down on the horn every time.

Finally we made it back home. The meter read 4300, I threw him a five. When he hands back the 700 in change, I look down at his hand. It is all covered in open sores, some of them are wet and oozing. He places the change into my hand. I thank him kindly then get out. He drives off.

I look down at my hands at the change and the change is bloody. Blood is in the palm of my hands along with the wet and slimy change. Is this some kind of joke? This is how hepatitis spreads.

I wonder if that was the taxi driver or if you were just driven home by someone who just killed the driver... If that were the case, it could have been worse!

I always tell the driver to keep the change or round up to the next cheon won. Maybe you should too. Petrol is expensive these days.

This whole thing, man. I'm telling you. They're programmed, and the disease is part of spreading that.

You're a cog in the machine. And the machine will rumble on, spitting out human life.

I'm telling you, man.
