Wow, I can't believe it, the guy actually got jail time! BUT he was drunk at the time so that means he is innocent!
My guess is he forgot to attend his trial wearing pajamas, while sitting in a wheel chair.
As for deporting the guy, where could you possibly deport him to?
How about North Korea! |

A few years ago such an incident would have been completely overlooked methinks. Maybe the victim had money or influential friends. |

| He made her go down on him -- shouldn't charges have gone beyond molestation? That's not just putting your hand where it doesn't belong. Does anyone know what Korean law says? |
