I get it, these people just don't understand journalism, truth or accuracy. They're just stupid. I'll help them out.

See what you did here? You took a fact and then drew your own, completely unrelated conclusions from that fact without any evidence. Let's use another example: You have a cough. Coughing is a symptom of pnemonia. People with AIDS sometimes suffer from pnemonia. I haven't actually done any tests on you, but because there is a POSSIBLE link, I've decided to accept it as fact and declare you have AIDS.

No, they are not interested in the facts. MBC often engages in anti-foreigner reporting, distorting things to attack the Right in Korea. That's the impression I get from reading about MBC. It doesn't mean they don't have any good reporting. They do, but their agenda is way too blatant, and they shouldn't be lying so blatantly to the Korean people and trying to feed on nationalism. It harms relations between two important allies - the US and South Korea. The US is Korea's friend and those trying to play on fears, engage in nationalism that is geared against the US would only hurt Korea, not the U.S. Also, the US is trying to get closer to North Korea and is being flexible with North Korea. The people of South Korea should some more openness vis-a-vis the American people, but it is hard to do with that some people in the media like MBC being irresponsible and attacking the allies of the Korean people. We are not the enemy of the Korean people. We are their friends. We are not perfect, but we are supposed to be friends. |

Those quotes are so misleading.
I saw a bunch of Russians today at Everland. They were performing in the parade. This led me to believe that the percentage of foreigners in Korea that are Russian is about 50%. |
