Scottish is still British, a common mistake. I think what the OP refers to is the upper class accent often portrayed in movies. I think BETTER examples of good British voices are the likes of Patrick Stewart, Sir Ian McKellen, Malcolm McDowell, etc. |

There isn't an accent sexier than the irish accent. Its just pure orgasmic, vocal gold!!! Just wish my Canadian accent wasnt so bland/neutral.
(although as sexy as the irish sound, Sean Connerys voice tops all others. With that accent if he told me to bend over and cough, I think I'd have to assent) |

God I met this right cock from Liverpool the other night, he was 45 odd and had a thin braided pony tail that went past his ass. I wouldn't disagree, though by English accent, he's referring to the Patrick Stewart, Tony Blair, Gordon Brown variety, NOT say, Monty Python dressed up as British adjummas talking about "spam"..

I tend to give Brits their due... it's VERY difficult to justify and explain how and why the Americans pronounce twenty as twonny. |

British English spelling: gaol
American English: jail
Which would be the better spelling to teach to a Korean kid?

Not wrong at all Bogey - I know you spent your holidays in Bogota a few times but Mexico and Peru were the epicentre of the Spanish empire in the Americas and thats where the crown sent their best diplomats and governors: It is not my opinion - it is most experts opinion that Mexican and Peruvian Spanish are the best types of Spanish to learn - please look it up. |
