You could preface your article by saying that it is your opinion.

In my Opinion Americans have nothing on the Koreans when it comes to grandising thier own country.

Americans have dissent, and quite a bit of it, when it comes to nationalism and its role in our society.

Doesn't the very fact you posted this thread display your own insecurity?

Just a question.

Maybe it does. Just maybe...

Anyway, the article points out obvious things.

And if you read Korean newspapers, you'd realize Koreans do too.

Seems like waste-of-time junk science to me. But maybe its my insecurity that makes me say that.

No worries, it was one of the few times I didn't take a swipe. I can see how you might think it was though.

Listened to an AFN radio DJ talking about this article earlier today. He declared the article to be "written by a bunch of nerds who've never even been to a sports game". I kind of have to agree. I've read a string of articles over the years linking "Go Team!" type behavior on all types of perceived "inferior" traits--- being less educated, being more violent, being less intelligent, etc... I can't help but get a mental image of a bunch of angry teenage nerds, all growed up now, but still bitter that the quarterback and the captain of the football team were both wayyyy more popular than them.
