베이킹파우더를 (첨가를시켜놓은) 밀가루
베이킹파우더가 (든) 밀가루

same thing 2 ways~

For recipes that don't call for self-rising flour, baking powder is baking powder (as the nice lady posted above), and baking soda is 식소다. If you're in a smallish burg, you're going to need to ask for these. They sell them in the supermarket near my house, but I had to ask for it at first, and the younger set had to ask the older folk where to find it.

I've never seen sefl rising flour here in Korea but it is easy enough to make.
For each cup of all-purpose flour, add 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
