if foreigners could be the one to make the report, i would come here once a year, make the report, collect my money, and go back to the phillipines to wait until i ran out of money. would be no end of opportunities, i would never have to work, and i would be a richer man. |

Is taking bribes limited to monetary bribes or can it include sexual ones as well? |

Good to see K-teachers being scrutinised.
But then again they brought this whole culture of criminalising teachers on themselves... by doing it to foreign teachers. |
