Why don't you people just circumvent the whole nonsense of torrent websites and use Vuze? Once you start using it, it's irrelevant if one torrent site shuts down because there are still like 8 more to search from at the same time. Check it out:

I guess torrentz is like vuse. torrentz gets the torrents earlier than btjunkie. I sure do miss mininova.

I've noticed TPB has been having stability issues for a few weeks, so the downtime doesn't surprise me.

Isohunt indexes torrents from Pirate Bay, so you've probably used their tracker a lot more than you think :p

If that's the case, it's still much more convenient than downloading torrents off of websites. It's a bit sluggish, but it works.

Seems you're right. Now it's back up. Thanks for all the recommendations from everyone else too. It's good to know there are alternatives.

I never did trust those ISO people. I just had little choice other than to... purchase something.
