Does anyone know a good place to watch local sports at a bar?
How about foreign sports (American)?

I live in GwangJin-Gu Guui-Dong.
Anywhere near Konkuk University, Jamsil, or Samseong will do.

Some friends and are looking for a sports bar type of experience to watch the Asia cup.

Korea Republic vs. Australia on Friday night!!

you can watch local stuff in any pub. Just look for the big TVs, a lot of them have it.
foreign stuff is much more difficult. With the time difference you're not going to see them live unless you want to show up there at 7 or 8 am.

There is a foreign bar or two that sometimes shows stuff, but it's either delayed or at a weird hour for that kind of thing.

A lot of Western style bars in Itaewon will put on a a game if you request it.

The Itaewon bars would also have your usual sports bar foods. Burgers, wings, nachos, etc...

Or you could go to Hooters.
