I'll have a deep fried Trilobite with a side order of Crinoid stems.
That will be followed by a generous portion of boiled Brachiopods and some raw ammonites. |

Hey! Now that's a real low-carb meal. Sounds Yummy. Though I'd much prefer to have my ammonites steamed rather than raw. |
