I had it the other days. Lots of the garbage bin Samgyupsal places do this treat. It's really crispy a little greasy. It's great when getting sloshed on suju.

What you're looking for is 껍데기. It's not bad, but for me you have to get it to that point of crispiness before it gets burnt. Hard to do.

it's a novelty to gnash on pig nipples and branding marks, but i didn't find it all that great. ill stick with sam gyup sal
