I had it the other days. Lots of the garbage bin Samgyupsal places do this treat. It's really crispy a little greasy. It's great when getting sloshed on suju. |

What you're looking for is 껍데기. It's not bad, but for me you have to get it to that point of crispiness before it gets burnt. Hard to do. |

it's a novelty to gnash on pig nipples and branding marks, but i didn't find it all that great. ill stick with sam gyup sal |
