I may need to get a bank loan to cover surgery & hospital costs for a relative. But I don't have collateral, as in property or a car. Does anyone know if it's possible to use my future salary as collateral? I understand I might end up paying higher interest rates but, I don't have any other option.

of course.

With good credit history and score, you can get a loan without a job.
