| Did anybody watch it? I tried to watch it last night, but my youtube was being to slow. I find this whole thing interesting, but terrifying at the same time listening to people like Perry and Bachman being taken seriously. |

I agree. Whether the idiots we send to Sacramento are red or blue scarcely matters. Democracy - it seemed such a good idea at the time. |

He dropped out several months ago. You really should try to keep up.
OP:
We know from the applause of the crowd that capital punishment is popular with the people attending the debate at the Reagan Library. |

| I've heard Ron Paul has won a few post debate polls but he is largely ignored by the media. Part of the reason I believe is that they think he has no chance and partially their own ideological differences with him. |

^According to the polls posted at Real Clear Politics, Ron Paul is at:
11% in California
6% in Nevada
4% & 5% in South Carolina
9% in Iowa
4% in Florida
7% in Ohio
5% in Michigan
These numbers come from state-wide polls from fairly reputable polling companies. For someone on his third go-round, these numbers are pretty weak tea.
I'm curious what you mean by: 'has won a few post debate polls'. |

| Not sure what scares me more: the candidates or the "normal" people in the audience. Some of the audience cheering had me worried that they could voice such horrible views. |
