Thats a relief, spinach availability is a deal breaker. I might have to get it written into my contract... Surprised

What do you eat spinach with? What's it called in Korean?

What do you eat spinach with? What's it called in Korean?


시금치 say it like "she-gum-chi"

In the morning, I usually blend a big handful of it, half a cucumber, a banana, and a whole lemon. Not just the juice, scoop out the whole lemon. Blend that with two scoops of protein powder and it gives me a quick jump start to the day.

You can also just throw a handful of it in a soup. It breaks down, so a large amount will quickly boil down to almost nothing. You can throw it on sandwiches (although it tastes a bit bitter raw.)
