| Off the top of my head I would say they are probably the wife and child of a diplomat. Diplomats can do what they want within the boundaries of Pyongyang and a few other places. |

Most of the population probably lives their lives not thinking of politics. Probably more worried about putting food on the table than scheming of ways to overthrow the government. |
