Here's a paraphrase of something I read in the IHT paper last weekend.

The best thing that the world can do is ignore North Korea. By that I mean, you don't exist do you? No rice for you! You need oil? Well, we all do.Who are you anyway?

Blockade the norks, put huge pressure on the Chinese-who are pissed off with them anyway. No more extortion. SK should pull all investment out of the Kangseong. You can't negotiate with these scum.

No more aid, unless it is accountable. This is why the WFP has lost so many sponsors, there are too many deserving candidates for food, why give it to a belligerant bully who cant feed its people because they like to spend all their money on the 'military first policy'.

No more food. A trade embargo. Refusal of all 'civilised' countries who deal with the nork scumbags to be admitted into any FTA agreement.

The Nork government needs to be punished. The people wont suffer any more than they are suffering now.

Big hairy bollox to North Korea. If they want to be treated like a civilised country then they should start acting like one.

Let's get a petition together to stop any more money flowing to the most despicable regime in the world.This regime makes good old Saddam look like father xmas.

Sactions are way more effective then open warfare. They should stop delivering all aid. It would take less then a couple years and DPRK would be reduced into a wasteland. Even if ROK still give aid it wouldn't be enough sustain them, best thing you could hope for would be a revolution.
