				| I'm signing for my second year. Does that mean my boss should supply me with another one way flight home in the new contract. I plan to use my return ticket home as soon as the contract is finished (in July) and return for my second year. Tks, for you advise.

				| Should your boss supply you with a ticket? Well, it's not his/her legal requirement but it would sure be a nice bonus for resigning . You could try negotiating for one or build the cost of an airfare into your salary.
Your boss is saving the cost (and stress) of advertising for a new employee or having to pay a recruiter. Plus your boss won't have to worry about training a newbie and you'll be productive as soon as you start. If he was signing on a new teacher, he'd most likely have to pay their airfare and (maybe)for a visa run. But you can just renew your E2 visa. I think you have lots of cards up for sleeve for negotiating this one.

 Good luck!
