Life just seems too difficult.
To many worries and concerns.
So, I thought to myself. Why not join a religious cult? Sounds good. You get your meals, you're taken care of and some of them hand around the ol' girls like there is no tomorrow.
Anyone got any suggestions? |

How about that chicken rapture cult they were talking about on this forum a ways back?
And, the tradition for free range chickens has been one rooster for 40 hens. |

I like those odds... Even still I'd still probably struggle to score. |

Join one! The best part is you don't have to think at all - it makes my brain hurt. |

I have to disagree with you. But flame on or give your reasons. I am listening. |

If this thread had been started by jajdude, then maybe I'd take it seriously (though he might not the morning after).
But as soon as I saw "peemil" I knew it was troll behavour. Peemil, you're too cynical and individualistic to do anything of the sort.

Technically speaking ... i say yes. Mostly secular overtones, although for those who worship and bow before the all powerful Dave & his wise "priestly" mod minions, something of a more perverse religious aspect i guess.
Culture is by definition composed of numerous cults. This little "virtual community" that we're a part of here simply maintains more of, while not exclusive to, an internet presence. |
