I'm not convinced Hu Jintao belongs on the list. I mean first I'm not sure it is fair to call him a dictator, and second I would choose to live in China over some of those countries below him.

He has forcibly displaced 400,000 people for the 2008 Olympics alone, and to do so he is destroying historic hoo-tongs. Many people are jailed and tortured on slim evidence. And he is unelected ruler of the most populous country in the world. He definitely belongs in the top ten.

Iran have moved into divison one,Turkmenistan and Equatorial Guinea seem to always be battling for relegation, my money's on a two horse race between mugabe and kim for this year's coveted title.

I just read a report about Karimov the "president" of Uzbekistan and how his guys boiled a prisoner alive. Shocked

I was surprised not to see him HIGHER on the list Confused

Just keep that flow of western investment ( including English language teachers ) coming.
